Hi, I’m MORGAN ADARE.
My connection to Rockport started the way the best things in life usually do — through someone else. Sixteen years ago I married my spouse, who grew up right here on the Texas Gulf Coast, and what started as trips to visit family turned into something I never expected: home. Over the years I've lived here across two different stints — six years total — and every time I come back to the coast it feels less like returning and more like exhaling.
Long before Rockport, I built a career in the entertainment world — audio, video, and lighting production. Live events, worship production, sound design — I've spent years in environments where what something sounds and looks like isn't an afterthought, it's everything. That background changes the way you see every space you walk into. You notice the acoustics of a restaurant before you notice the menu. You hear a boat's audio system and immediately know what's wrong with it. You walk into a backyard patio and picture exactly what it could sound like.
Tidal Sound & Install came out of a simple frustration. I kept seeing boat owners with tinny, underpowered systems they'd settled for. I kept walking into Gulf Coast restaurants with terrible acoustics and blown-out speakers. I kept watching people spend real money on outdoor spaces that sounded like an afterthought. I knew how to fix that — and I had the experience to back it up.
So I did. Tidal is built on the belief that great sound isn't a luxury — it's the difference between a space that's fine and a space that's memorable. I'm not a franchise, I'm not a big-box installer, and I don't send a crew you've never met. When you work with Tidal, you work with me — someone who lives here, fishes here, has spent a career making things sound and look incredible, and genuinely loves what this coast is all about.
We Install Fun. And I mean that.
